Hi Pam,

((((HUGS))))) I hear you so loud and clear on the weight gain

thing...I know you and I have chatted and have alot in common,

including almost identical weight gains and almost the same prepreg

weight. I was glad to see you post, because I hadn't heard from you

on my last email and was hoping all was okay with you...

Pam, I am trying really really hard not to beat up on myself about

the weight gain. I of course am scared to death that I won't lose it

post partum, but you know...we lost the weight before...we have the

amazing gift of a tool that surgery gave us and we must trust that

our ability to make good food decisions, excercise and our lifestyle

changes prepreg will carry us through after. I know that sometimes I

feel I have this alien inside me whom of course I love more than

anything else, but who makes me eat more than before and get very

hungry...I have to try and look at it as nourishing the little one,

and being sensible about what I eat, but not beating myself up for a

craving every now and again.
