Please let me know why vinegar isn't allowed, our son likes things like ketchup, mayonnaise, and olives that all have vinegar in it. They can't certify that the cheese is gf b/c of some out- sourced ingredients. This problem arises with a number of products, actually. Some parents have reported problems. Of course kids with soy problems can't eat it. But most kids on the list seem to do fine, and it's the best tasting cheese substitute so far. > I've been reading abt Tofutti cheese. I've been sparingly using Soymage Vegan singles- casein free, dairy free.
