Hi

I use the coconut oil , but am wondering about the processing ,

bleaching and junk.. I usually use spectrum.. Do you think it is ok.. I

remember hearing about some really pure coconut oil.. I am now wondering

where to find it.. Anyone know ?

The really pure stuff is at www.omegahealthstore.com. I don't know that

there's anything wrong with Spectrum, (although it really shouldn't be in

clear bottles), but I do know that Omega is considered truly organic,

processed correctly, and packaged correctly. You can also order it from

Miss Roben's - if you already order from there maybe that would be more

convenient.
