Guest guest
, Hi, if he is eating a good lunch and dinner, then I would make that his breakfast, believe it or not. Just change your idea of what the meals should be. My daughter often has high protein foods for breakfast to get her going - spaghetti, homemade pumpkin bread, grilled soy cheese on her 'Seroussi' bread and the like. I have also given her 'dinner' foods in the morning and she doesn't seem to care. I would do a little 'switcheroo' on the meals. Give him his sandwich at breakfast, then can you think of anything else in terms of sandwich he might like for lunch??? Does this help at all?
