Guest guest
I was told by my fertility Dr to take one baby asa a day to " promote rich endometrial growth " and to aid in having a rich blood supply for the newly implanted blastocyst to burrow into. He said some women have more or increased " implatantion spotting " after getting pregnant, but he said as soon as I found out I was pregnant (home or office preg test) I was to stop the aspirin. who knows.... these doctors are on the cutting edge of medicine and fertiilty (or they should be) so just ask why he wants you on it. Tell him it sounds contraindicated (aspirin causes bleeding and you wouldn't want bleeding in pregnancy) so what is his rationale for telling you to take it. Best wishes! oh btw, I didn't have any implantation spottin or bleeding at all and delivered a healthy baby boy @ 36.4 weeks and 6# 9oz!
