It called for 1 cup water and I could not even get the flour to stick together with only one cup so I added more water till it looked right, it is supposeed to be like egg roll dough which I have never made so did I just screw up? They are very dry, need some work to pull them together. If you have a pasta machine you really need them that dry so the dough won't stick to the machine. Otherwise, I would think it could be a little less dry. But I would still think you'd want to knead it to get it to hold, in other words still pretty dry. Did this recipe call for eggs?
