On the immunization form, there is a space for

religous exemption which you can just sign, and that's

that!!, and a space for medical exemption, which has

to be signed by a Dr. with reason given--much more of

a hassle than religious exemption. I've always signed

the religious exemption, and feel ok about iti because

I fervently believe that immunizations wreak havoc --

especially when so very young,
