Hello all, just wanted to share our exciting news! finally

let go and is walking on her own!! If you all remember we have been so

anxious for her to walk. she will be 17months on the 16th and I felt

so sad to see her not walking yet. she would walk but would hold onto

the furniture or our hands but i took her shopping thursday and just

out of the blue she walked right past me! Since then we have been

practicing with her and she will walk a short distance on her own.

that has given her such confidence now she climbs all over the

furniture! she wants to run though. we tell her to slow down b/c she

is barely starting to walk by herself but she thinks its funny!

I really thought this day would never come.. So if you read this

be patient with grace I'm so sure your day is coming and coming soon

im sure. Im just sooo happy! I wanted to share our joy with you all!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that is finally begining to

walk on her own!! we are just sooo excited! It seemed like we

have been waiting forever.

She will be 17months on the 16th and i was so anxious for her to

walk.

We went shopping thursday and all on her own she walked right past

me!

you can imagine my surprise! we have been working with her so she

will

continue to walk on her own. she would walk but holding onto furniture

or

someones hand but she finally let go and walks on her own. she wants

to run though and when i tell her to slow down she just laughs at me.

if you read this be patient with grace i know that your " day "

will come and i bet it is coming soon!

Just wanted to share our joy with everyone! has started

walking on her own already!! We are sooo happy!! I was so anxious b/c

she will be 17months on the 16th and finally thursday she did it all

by herself! yipee! she wants to run though and i tell her to slow down

and she just laughs at me!

actually.... i am seeing some improvement... she is starting to " look " for ways

to stay upright and not crawl every where... she looks for furniture and that

type of thing to get her from place to place... used to she would just get down

and crawl... so the fact that she wants to get there upright is an improvement

in my book... and she's able to keep pretty good balance walking and holding

onto just one of my hands instead of both... so i think we are getting there...

congrats and i am so excited for you... grace said her first word this

weekend... " uh-oh " ... now every time she drops anything or falls or if i drop

something... she says uh-oh for me... it is so sweet... she has such a sweet

voice when she's not yelling... lol... and her little mouth is shaped really

sweet too... anyways... so i am glad that she's finally saying something out

loud... we are all getting there aren't we...

Thank You! It is so nice to know that there are people out there

that know what you are going through! It's time to pull out the

camcorder! I too am glad that she is finally walking on her own..
