What's the deal with Cornmeal-Boles Corn Spaghetti

I am not sure if I am imagining this but I could swear I read

somewhere that corn meal was not pure corn. I think it had hidden

gluten

I think it was in Betty's Hagmans books. I have misplaced my book.

My husband bought a package of Boles Corn Spaghetti and they listed

the ingredients as: corn, and cornmeal- that made me a little curious.

Anyone know out there?
