What determined your switching from one dose of the Lovenox to two doses? I am

currently taking one 40mg shot a day. I am curious labs will cause the doctor to

up my dose. Thanks for your time...

I take 2 60mg doses of lovenox a day. It was 80 I get labs twice a week to make

sure I'm theraputic. Dr. told me as I get closer to delivery my blood will thin

out a little more on it's own and I'll be able to cut back even more. I know

that lovenox stays in your system longer than heprin so some people only have to

have 1 injection a day but 2 of heprin. I hope that makes sense.

BTW... Will you be delivering at Good Sam or the hospital you work at? You are

from AZ right? Just curious...
