Guest guest
I seen the lady doc today and I have to tell you the woman hurt me bad, she looks gentle but OUCH. I have NEVER been hurt like that during an internal in my life and I will be 42 in September. It felt like she had a sword she was using and it was jabbing inside me and she knows she hurt me too cause I just about jumped off the table. I have had cramping and bleeding since then, maybe with some luck she got something going. Anyways, I was not too dialated she said, only one she said and 50% effaced, but hey, it's better than nothing and a start. I felt like I was going to start my period or something last night and had cramping then too so maybe it is all a good sign. I went on the monitors and little man is doing well. thats about it, BP was 122/52 which the 122 part is actually high for me, I always r un 110 or lower but it's still good. Not much longer to go anyways. God Bless, Robin, NorthEastern, NY Age- 41 EDD- July 27th, 2004 IT'S A BOY!!!!!! I think Men know how bad it hurts to be hit in there special little spot so they are a bit gentler with us I like men docs better too most times. This doc is usally good about checking me though and she is always very, very sweet, just today hurt like hell and then again, maybe it would of hurt no matter who did it. Ya know , i wonder how many docs do actulally get smacked or kicked by the patients when they hurt you like that. She has examined me before though and has never hurt me like that. Maybe my innards are extra sore right now, I dunno...
Guest guest
It is so interesting because it seems many women I have met have had the same problem. The absolute WORST exam I have ever had, which was when I was pregnant with my son, was from a woman. It was horrible, it hurt so bad I was literally screaming and people were running into the room to make sure I was okay. Not to mention she wasn't that nice either. You would think a woman would know to be gentler and what not to do. (http://lilypie.com/)
Guest guest
i still say a man knoiws what it feels like if his nuts get crushed so he is a little gentler wiht us thinking it may feel that bad for us, lol... Guest guest
Yeah, what is it with the women who jab and pay no attention to actually looking for where the vagina is before they start the jabbing - poking with a big metal spleculum or their big man hands!!!!!! The last time I had a woman do a pelvic I almost started crying and the Doc had the nerve to tell me to calm down and say it's not so bad. I said.......would you care to hop up on this table and let me do the same to you? The spleculum doesn't go up my ass and why the hell do you have long fingernails!!!! She apologized and her medical student had to keep her hand over her mouth to stop her from laughing....I thought the poor girl was going to hyperventilate! I'll take a man doctor anyday....even though they have the potential to be jerky......they are usually very cautious when going near parts they don't have! Chrystal Wife to Jace - together 6 Years!
