Guest guest
There are several places to get decent bread. For ready-made the " Food for Life " company makes several wheat free gluten free breads: Rice pecan, white rice, brown rice, rice almond...and they are pretty moist. Also Ener-G makes a tapioca loaf that my son has liked. Kinninnick Foods sells a full line of GFCF breads online at Kinnikinnick.com. Also Fearn brand makes a wonderful brown rice baking mix that makes a very easy and delicious loaf of bread. BUT, the key to making bread taste decent on this diet is to microwave to moisten or toast the bread. None of them come out decent right out of the package (at least that I have found). The texture and taste will be greatly improved when you just heat them up a bit. Give it a try. Good Luck. -a mom to Alec 7 (nt) and Billy 4 yo w/autism > Hi, > > I just made a basic white bread that I bought in a package in Canada. I think it smells and tastes terrible.
