contains no corn ( I am NO betty crocker)

also someone just told me on the weekend and I am turning to the list on

this one...that they know people who make maple syrup from scratch and both

different places ADD MILK to it, but don't list it on the bottle for sale.

You can use sweet rice flour, potato starch flour or arrowroot.

Sweet (glutinous) rice, potato starch, tapioca starch and arrow root starch

can be used for thickener. Maple syrup was mentioned on the list some time

back and it was brought up that almost all maple syrup add whey to maple

syrup (I think it was to keep it from boiling over) and it is not listed on

the ingredients since it is such a small amount. So much for pure maple

syrup.
