Guest guest
Someone asked if any parents did testing on themselves. We did our family a year ago before really getting going on the diet. (These are rounded results and normal ranges) result normal (approx) Mom 1100 300 - 399 Dad 1300 300 - 399 son 2500 200 - 299 currently encephalopathy, 5.9 years, (PDDish at 2-3 years) daughter 4800 200 - 299 currently 2.8 years, NT, but possibly celiac I wonder if my husband and I each have one (gc intolerant) gene that makes us a little " off " (we're nerds), but not enough to be too noticable. And the kids got both the genes? It's interesting that our daughter has no developmental delays, just too skinny, maybe because she is a girl? We are all on the diet at home. It just seems easier to fix food everyone can eat. Nobody feels left out. Hubby eats out for b'fast and lunch, and gets his gluten fix there.
