Dear Farmworker Health Colleagues,

Farmworker Health Services, Inc. is now accepting submissions for our 2006 Innovative Outreach Practices Report. This annual report provides a

unique opportunity for the peer-to-peer exchange of innovative approaches to

meeting outreach program needs, overcoming challenges, and improving outreach

services.

All 330g grantees are eligible, and submitting organizations will

automatically be considered for the Sister Cecilia B. Abhold Award for

excellence in farmworker health outreach.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain national recognition for your

outreach program.

The deadline is approaching fast but the submission

process has been greatly simplified.

Don’t delay! Please

visit http://www.farmworkerhealth.org/sister.jsp

today for guidelines and a submission form. Submissions will be accepted until Friday, September 16, 2005.

Call or email Stoimenoff

at 202-347-7377 (kristen@...)

with questions.

Best wishes,

Stoimenoff

We are slowly expanding the pool of organizations that are eligible.

Previously, only Migrant Health Programs and Migrant/Community Health

Centers were eligible. Now, all organizations that receive 330(g)

funding are eligible.

I will let everyone know if we decide to further expand this. Thanks

for your interest.
