Marty, hi, there are tunas without casein, can't tell you offhand which

ones as I don't have any in the house at the moment, but I get mine at

the HFS. We only eat it 2x a month as I hear so much about mercury.

Hi Marty,

On the GFCFdiet site, Star Kist chunk lite tuna in spring water is listed

OU (dairy free). Many of the tunas packed in spring water appear to be

safe, but should check with company.
