Guest guest
1. I had a vegetarian roommate in college who use to cook everything in an iron pan so that she could get some iron. She did this on the advice of her nutritionist. 2. *giggle* I wouldn't be a bit surprised to hear your pg with twins. I had/have that uncomfortable shortness of breath which came along with kind of a hot feeling. My blood sugars were fine, and when I spoke with my OB about the feelings that would come and go (occur less often now that I am so far along) he said it seemed to be a common complaint with his multiple moms. And yes, it could be related to the extra extra blood volume. Looking at the veins in my arms, hands, and feet, I look like a muscle builder. And yes, I am carrying twins. Keep us updated!
