We heard from another family that high dose sublingual B-12 helped them so decided to try. He takes huge amounts---5000mcg twice daily. He was out of control. I was afraid that he'd have to be sent somewhere to live. I wasn't sure where that would be. Our daily outbursts are all but gone. He still thinks that all the meds are harming him or unnecessary. But he does not fight EVERYTHING. He's much less paranoid, disagreements don't escalate like before. He's much more like a normal irritating teen. We tried eliminating the B-12 to see if that helped the behavior or if it was the cocktail as we started everything pretty much at the same time. It absolutely made a huge difference. My mom can tell when he has had his cocktail and when he hasn't. Mom to the two best kids in the world! http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/thomasandkatie __________________________________________________
