Kim, my son had SEVERE eczema on his legs and splotches on his arms.

This diet cleared him up 95% for many months, but then it started coming

back. I had further allergy tests done and removed ALL offending foods,

even if only a Class 1 reaction, and his skin is fine again. Years of

hydrocortisone cream he had, I wonder if I did any harm with the creams

to him.

I really am glad for most that works. It's never worked for .

Over the years his skin has only gotten worse...to the point he has

fish-scale skin. Removing allergens didn't help anything for us.

We removed dairy from my sons diet. He no longer has excema around his mouth.

We would have to use cortisone cream everyday or else his face would be very red

and sore. I did not know what to do so I went to my doctor. He didn't suggest

anything and that I should just keep an eye on it. I started doing some

research and came across this diet.

We are now working on the gluten and wheat part. I am hoping to see more

positive results. Has anyone else had this experience?
