Hi ,

OK, where can we find this yummy stuff?????? While I'm in the confessing

mood....

I must confess that I have not been taking any protein supplements and all that

good stuff because I didn't want to chance making myself sick with something

that

tastes like yuck!

I just been trying to eat lots of protein. Maybe that's why I haven't thrown up

any since surgery.....I kept hearing how awful that stuff tasted and I knew I

wouldn't be able to tolerate it..... I'll take your word for it though and I'll

try some if I can find it. Thanks.

Love,

Genz

Can't help with a supplement, but for food we use quinoa grains as a

rice substitute and quinoa noodles. Also lentil bean noodles. Both

are high in protein.

In the mornings you can make Papdinis lentil bean pasta (the orzo) and

serve it with eggs. All there lentil bean pastas have protein and taste

pretty good. We make a macaroni salad from it too.

Try SeaCure. See www.seacure-protein.com and

http://propernutrition.com/seacure/story.html

My daughter finally started to gain weight when she started taking this. If you

don't already use digestive enzymes, they will help with protein digestion in

general.
