Guest guest
Hi , OK, where can we find this yummy stuff?????? While I'm in the confessing mood.... I must confess that I have not been taking any protein supplements and all that good stuff because I didn't want to chance making myself sick with something that tastes like yuck! I just been trying to eat lots of protein. Maybe that's why I haven't thrown up any since surgery.....I kept hearing how awful that stuff tasted and I knew I wouldn't be able to tolerate it..... I'll take your word for it though and I'll try some if I can find it. Thanks. Guest guest
Can't help with a supplement, but for food we use quinoa grains as a rice substitute and quinoa noodles. Also lentil bean noodles. Both are high in protein. -- In GFCFKids@y..., rn4baby@s... wrote: > Any ideas for a protein supplement. I cant get my 3 year old to eat > enough protein! Guest guest
* In the mornings you can make Papdinis lentil bean pasta (the orzo) and serve it with eggs. All there lentil bean pastas have protein and taste pretty good. We make a macaroni salad from it too. on Long Island New York * ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Guest guest
| Any ideas for a protein supplement. I cant get my 3 year old to eat | enough protein! Try SeaCure. See www.seacure-protein.com and http://propernutrition.com/seacure/story.html My daughter finally started to gain weight when she started taking this. If you don't already use digestive enzymes, they will help with protein digestion in general. K.
