amateur, hehe.

1. Does cooking in an iron pan help at all with our levels? (Just

tryin' to prevent future probs, levels are alright, except for my

ferritin, which I learned from the grad group needs improving).

2. I'm 16 weeks along & had some pretty uncomfortable shortness of

breath this morning while sitting at the computer, is this from the

expanded blood volume? Also, could it be from stress? I'm obsessed

about Monday's US, where we find out whether I'm carrying twins,

double gulp.
