Aidan doesn't have it yet but I have a feeling it's in our near future. His

feet sweat like crazy, it's awful. I'd like to try the tea tree and vasoline.

What else can you use it for.

Sounds like athlete foot. Get some Lamasil cream and see if that

helps. You could also make a salve out of Tea Tree oil and Vaseline (2 or

3 drops into about 1tbs of Vaseline - mix), which will also do the trick

but is kind of odorific... not bad if you like Tea Tree... But it's a

more natural fungicide than Lamasil if you aren't sure about using

medications. I love Tea Tree, good stuff and it does work for lots of

other things too so if you decide to try it, don't balk at the cost (1oz

about $11 here) because it's handy to have around.

Oh... everything... hehe... Melaleuca has a huge product line

(cleaners, personal items, tons of stuff) with Tea Tree as it's base. It's

got great antimicrobial properties, excellent cleaning agent,

healing... here's a link where you can see some of the

uses... http://www.teatreeoiluses.com/

I use it in the homemade wipes I make for Darbi. Just a drop or two to

inhibit mold growth. I won't buy wipes anymore, I love the ones I make too

much. They smell much better because I can put any scent in I want. If

you're interested in the recipe I'll post it. I wish I'd made them sooner,

third child... hundreds of dollars spent on wipes... lol...

Hope Aiden never gets the AF, but if he does the Tea Tree will help for sure.

Please tell me. I'm hoping to have one more and Aidan isn't going to be potty

trained anytime soon!! :-) Does it work well to disinfect.

I know the Melaleuca cleaning products use it, they say it's why it works

so well and it's all supposed to be biodegradable. Or something like

that. I like the products they have for cleaning... when I use them that

is... I have some of the disinfectant concentrate, it's pretty strong. I

also like the kitchen spray cleaner a lot.

I'm sure there's a recipe or two online for homemade disinfectant, and some

very likely call for Tea Tree. Have to look around a bit on that. I only

stumbled across the cleaning products, otherwise I'd still just be using it

for personal uses most likely.
