muscle pain and stiffness

I have been having muscle pain and stiffness- especially in my hips

and legs. some pain in my upper arms. It's not horrible but was

wondering if any of you experience this. Sometimes after sitting even

after a few minutes, my hips and legs feel so stiff and I kind of

stagger when I start to walk. I have called my neuro but unless she

has something to add, she doesn't always call me back.
