Mother's Day meal at a restaurant

Hi ,

I am brand new to the group here and appreciate what a wonderful

resource this meeting place is--thanks everybody for all the helpful

input!

Our two year old daughter Hannah has been GFCF for a week and a half

now. I am happy to report 5 nights in a row of sleeping the whole

night through (about 10-11 hours). What a blessing!

I was thinking about where our family can go out to eat on Mother's

day. My favorites are Olive Garden and Red Lobster. Has anyone

recently checked what is GFCF on their menu? Can we discuss " legal

foods " that are available at different restaurant chains besides those

listed on the GFCFdiet web site?
