Problem with my son's braces, help needed!

Hi,

My name is Jill, my twins & (3 months)were born at 35

weeks. has several problems, clubfeet being one of them. He

has had the casts and the tendon snip and more casts. Now he is in

the braces, and the 1st time the brace Dr, put him in them the next

day he had awful sores on the backs of his ankles. If we put them

too

tight they leave sores but if they are not tight enough the heel

doesn't rest flat and they fall off. Also, his last 2 toes bend up

underneath and are causing indentations on the bottom of his feet.

And, last but not least he screams the entire time he wears them, and

I'm not sure if they are hurting him or just irritating. I have

called the dr., but I have not gotten a response and I live 2 1/2

hrs.

away so I can't just run in there, anyones help would be greatly

appreciated!!
