HELP!!! FOOT RASH!!! STUPID DOCTOR!!!

HEEELLLLPPPP!!! I just noticed Ava has a rash all over her foot...it's

like little tiny red spots all over the top & bottom. She's due to get

her shoes back on in 1 hour...so I paged my ped & the other idiot

doctor called back & said (surprise surprise) just leave her shoes off

for the weekend & come in on Monday. I said no way, jose! Can't do

that, foot could relapse blah blah blah. " 48 hours won't make a

difference " says he, quite annoyed. Yes! It CAN!! says I! " Well, I

can't make a diagnosis over the phone, so just leave the shoes off and

come in on Monday. " Before our conversation broke down to the point of

me yelling, I just said GOODBYE and hung up--obviously he is of no

help whatsoever! SO WHAT DO I DO?????? I'm thinking maybe a nice coat

of lansinoh or diaper rash cream and thin cotton socks & shoes...it's

probably from sweating??? I hope????
