Guest guest
Tonight my NT 6 year old and I made the following rice waffles...simple and as my daughter declared they were better than the old glutten ones- which we all loved and ate every weekend. We will begin to vary this one with fruit extracts, juices, fruit and nut pieces, and different flours. My family loves waffles and I am so excited to have them back in our lives. Little things do mean a lot. Sharon in Virginia Rice Flour Waffles - Originally a Pancake Recipe 1 cup of rice flour 1 teaspoon of Featherweight Baking Powder 1 whole egg 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 cup GFCF milk liquid 1 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice Heat waffle iron. Mix batter well. Cook until golden. Makes 4 waffles. I make them in small batches so that the baking powder remains active.
