Guest guest
Hi all, I wanted to touch base and let you know that I went to the OB yesterday and since last Wed....my hcg levels have continued to rise...last Wed., my hcg was 182. Yesterday......just 6 days later, they were 1,980. I was elated to find that out.......I also had an ultrasound and we saw the gestational sac for the first time. Doc says it looks nice and healthy with a good uterine lining......nice and thick. He did say my progesterone levels were a bit low ........they should be around 15 and they were 11.5. So he prescribed progesterone suppositories for me to take twice per day......anyone ever used those? He said that would help sustain the pregnancy and he also suggested I take 1 baby aspirin a day since I have such a long history of miscarriages. I am only 5 weeks along....so I have a long way to go...... but we are hopeful!!!
