Hi everyone, hope all is going good. Things have been busy here. I

was scheduled to have my hernia repair next Monday. We decided to

have it cancelled on the advice of my Ob and GP. The WLS surgeon

originally told me unless the pain was unbearable, I should

wait....well now he says it would be better to take care of it now. I

decided not to take his advice. I just have a gut instinct that says

wait.

I did find out my hernia is small and this is one reason it can be so

painful. The wierdest thing is during the last week it has not gone

back in, you can see this little ball above the left side of my belly

button. It doesn't seem to hurt as bad anymore. Is this normal?? I

am now 15 weeks, I'll be 16 on Friday!!

Take care.

I have a big one on the upper right side of my belly button that Ia m waiting

to give birth before getting it fixed. Thank God it does not bother me pain

wise but is just plain ugly. I would not want to risk anything like surgery

either unless absolutely neccessary.
