Guest guest
Hi Jen, is on EleCare 30kcal/oz. It is an elemental, pre-digested, formula, so that all he has to do is absorb, not burn calories trying to digest. Guest guest
Jen, Hi. is also on the Elecare 30 kcal/oz. formula that Pat told you is on. Both of these boys are fed via g tube. But, the formula is very easy to digest. On the can it says that it is suitable for infants that can't tolerate soy or protein hydrolysate formulas. And is suitable for children and infants with cow's milk allergies. It can be mixed to various caloric strengths. On the can, it telss you how to mix it to 27 and 30 cal., but you can call the company, or a nutritionist and they can tell you how to mix it to lesser strengths. Hope that helps, Jodi R.
