I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am to have found this

group. I had my surgery 10 months ago I am down 170 lbs from a pre-

surgery weight of 415. I am 13 weeks pregnant. So far everything is

going ok with the pregnancy. I have had a full blood work-up and 2

ultra-sounds thus far everything has come back normal. However I

could really use some advice because I am having a really rough time

trying to get enough to eat and drink. I have no appetite

whatsoever, more often than not the mere sight of food or drink makes

my stomach clench...except junk food for some reason suddenly looks

very very appealing (which I hadn't touched for the last 10 months!)

and I am having a really hard time getting in the extra fluids. I

have struggled with my fluid intake ever since coming home from the

hospital with my WLS and now since becoming pregnant if I have even

one day where I don't get enough to eat or drink I feel terrible, I

get dizzy and really really tired. I am taking a calcium supplement

twice a day, prenatal vitamins, iron and b-12. I would love to hear

some advice from anyone out there....has anyone else had to struggle

just to meet the basic minimum for nutrition every day??? Never EVER

in my life did I think it would be too hard for me to get enough to

eat!!!! :-) Looking forward to everyone's input!!!
