I e-mailed Dr. Ponseti to ask him about length of time in the dbb.

I've posted my question to him followed by his answer.

Dear Mrs. :

Since your son is already 15 months old and wants to walk, I think if

he wears the DBB for 2 1/2 months 23/7 that will be sufficient. You

can then remove the brace 6-8 hours a day without compromising the

correction Dr. Mack has obtained. Feel free to tell Dr. Mack about

this and tell him you have consulted me.
