Guest guest
My mother went all crazy on the telephone when I called her. She thinks something is wrong with the baby because it is not as big as . I had to keep saying the same thing over and over. She didn't want me to get pregnant because of the gastric bypass....she has been suspicious through the whole pregnancy that the baby is not getting what he needs. Even though my dad is an R.N. she won't listen to him. I wish I could have this baby and then she will calm down... I'm feeling surprisingly serene aside from being exhausted. I hate to break it to you, but your mother may *never* calm down... lol... she will be hassling you about one thing or the other for the rest of that baby's life! hehehehe Seriously, though, if she's like MY mother, she will watch that child like a hawk and every single misstep or curiosity will result in a " It's all because you had surgery! " . With my two daughters, everything is because they were adopted and God-knows-what those birthmothers did during *their* pregnancies... GAH! I moved ten hours away from her and it improved vastly. Now she only gets wacky when she's visiting. Otherwise she just doesn't know about all the daily stuff that might set her off. Tee hee! I waver between hoping I don't act like her when my kids are grown... and hoping I live long enough to give my kids as much hell as she gives me.
