Guest guest
With Everett, he's 18 mo. old this month - wearing a 60* shoe 14 hours a day...when he walks his feet are probably at about 50 or slightly less? Not quite straight ahead, but not at the full rotation, either. He walks really well though. Dr. Ponseti reduced himf rom 70* several months ago but I " m not entirely sure why. This is probably no help to you but a point of comparrison maybe? s. overcorrection question Since we've been talking about overcorrection lately, I would like to ask question. I understand from previous posts and conversations that the foot usually looks like it is pointing outward when they don't have the shoes and it would eventually straighten out over time. My son's feet are pretty straight right now. Is the straightening out something that happens this quickly or does it take months or years? Now you know my next question is going to be, if it isn't supposed to be this straight already do I need to be concerned about a relapse? Guest guest
It does help...thank you. I believe that what I was looking for was exactly what you said about Everett. His feet aren't still in the 60 degree outward position that they are when they are in the shoes.
