hey judith!!

just wanted to let you know i am thinking about you guys!! sorry

you are having such a rough time with the IEP getting set for next

year. the letter from Dr H should work for jury duty, i will keep

my fingers crossed for you!! hang in there!! and keep us posted,

good luck!!

Hi Judy:-)

Ask if a child developmental psychologist would be ok for the evaluation. I

have found them to be very helpful with my son from finding out his

recurrent ear infections caused his brain to wire a bit different so he now

has sensory integration issues with an emphasis on noise to what is the best

way he learns. She also gave advice as to what type of extracurricular

activities will help him " organize " and develop areas he will most likely

excel in thus, creating a better self esteem. OT's have been helpful with

this also. I hope they find someone good to evaluate.
