No ferrous SULFATE... it's much too hard on the pouch. Ferrous

fumerate, polysaccharide iron, and carbonyl iron are all proven

performers for post-ops.

How much calcium are you taking?

You should be taking magnesium. It's essential during pregnancy

especially, almost all Americans are deficient in it, and it cures

constipation!

Iron Question

To: ossg-pregnant

My Doc wants me to start on an iron supplement, is there a certain

type or brand that is better. I already have a big problem with

constipation, so I am nervous about starting Iron. What do all of you

recommend? Thanks!
