affordability of dr h visit

I am looking at the figures and cant seem to make them all add up. I

cant afford the tolls, the room, the food. medicaid is covering the

visit, no forms necessary, so they told me, they told me to just

present my card at the visit, and it would be covered. but i cant

afford the rest, plus parking and cabs, and stuff, any advice, im

thinking of cancelling my appointment. i am so close to cancelling,

cause i am not seeing how i am going to be able to do all this.

please anyone let me know how you worked it outor whatever.
