Guest guest
I found sweet rice powder and cocoyam flour at the Ethnic Grocer site. What is sweet rice powder? Can I use it in place of sweet rice flour? Is cocoyam flour like tapioca flour (really a starch)? Also, are sweet rice flour and regular rice flour interchangable for some recipes? Help!!! The only recipes where I would use either, interchangably, are gravies. Sweet rice flour makes gummy fudgy baked goods. I use it in brownies for that reason, but no one here likes gummy muffins or bread! Lorilyn
