Guest guest
I used to use caffiene to help stay awake (over the past 10 years), but within the last year or so it gives me arrhythmias (per my cardiologist). Yesterday I had a small iced Chai tea in the AM, and didn't have an incident of arrhythmia last night, so that's some progress for me (even tea was bothering me). Guest guest
Vivian, If you're depressed, that will suck the energy right out of you. THe Wellbutrin may help that. I can drink a diet Pepsi right before going to bed and sleep very well. I think that Provigil would work much better at keeping you awake than caffeine. The crying jags suggest that you may have a problem with depression. I think I'd try an antidepressant like Wellbutrin and see if that would help the exhaustion.
