I don't know where you live but their is a bakery in Florida that supplies my health food store here on Long Island with GFCF bread made from millet flour (unless you're interested in baking your own. They will ship orders (UPS) also to anyone - 24 product minimum. I have their zucchini bread here and here are the ingredients - organic millet flour, zucchini, brocoli, cabbage, carrot, carrot juice, baking powder and sea salt. They will send you a list of products and ingredients if you callthem. Their # is (904)734-7553. Instead of peanut butter there are companies that make almond butter and cashew butter, I found Trader Joes to be the cheapest for the almond butter. You can always make corndogs with Applegate hot dogs, Applegate sliced turkey breast sandwiches. Also they have lentil bean pasta orzo style (looks just like rice) so you can have homemade chicken soup. If you ever need more ideas, recipes etc. just let the list know. We can come up with more suggestions. on Long Island New York * ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
