Guest guest
No one better check out my circles!!! The truth for me is, my dark circles are the worse when I eat things with sugar cane. When we did the IgG testing for my sons, I put out my arm too. Yes I have an intolerence to sugar cane. For a period of time I found other things to cause the problem. I went through some detoxing and the circles were gone. Lately when I get in my sugar cravings and eat the forbidden the circles are there, large and dark. So if you struggle with dark circles, it's more than likely an allergy/intolerence. I have definitely noticed it with my sons also. Especially with Josh. when he has the circles we know to be watching his foods AND be ready for behaviors. Since GFCF the behaviors don't appear often, but when he is having digestive problems, the circles do show up. Especially if I allow him to have things with apples. (and apples did not show to be a problem on IgG) I hope this email is clear. It's been a good week, but a long week. (I get digest so if you want to talk to me best to email me direct. I miss alot of comments) hugs, Joyce Taking it One Day at a Time with God's help!

This only happened about 2 weeks ago, he was so uncomfortable with the weather change I guess. He was itchy and sneezing....he didn't look so great.
