Ok ladies I also have terrible dark circles even when I get lots of sleep.

For awhile I was using a specialized bleaching cream sample I got from a

nurse at a plastic surgeon's office. It didn't work so I stopped. When

should I love for in myself? Are there specific allerigies that show up due

to dark circles or lack of magnesium?

You should be able to see that by pulling down the lower eye lid, right? I

mean it should be reddish, not light pink, which would indicate iron

deficiency. Have I got that right?

My son had dark circles under his eyes for the longest time. He sleeps

well, 8 or 8:30 every night and sleeps straight through to the morning

(unless he gets up to pee). It was not until I had LJ allergy tested and

removed ALL items he had shown a response to (even a class 1) then these

circles went away and never came back. I do not use any supplements or

meds so I know it wasn't anything along those lines. Thoses circles at

times were so dark it did look like 2 black eyes. For anyone with these

circles I would do allergy testing and remove ALL the items that there is

a question of. I also had LJ retested again for some of the new items

that he eats now that weren't on the original allergy tests.
