Hi Sydney,

I had two incisional hernias repaired about 3.5 mos before becoming

pregnant in Feb. They appeared about 5 mos post op for me.

From what I understand having worked with surgery pts, they are not

a problem unless they get strangulated (or pinched)...just keep

watch on any sudden pain that doesn't go away...Sounds like you are

close enough to delivery that it should be okay, but just keep in

mind...especially with such an active little one inside of you!

Wishing you well,

> Thanks !

pretty sure all would be fine. I have no idea at this point where I

could find a binder to wear during labor but as hard as I have to

push to have bowel movements (uggg...constipation is killing me) I'm

sure it won't be too much worse giving birth LOL. And it's so big I

can't imagine it getting much worse. As it is I'm SURE it won't be a

laproscopic hernia fix. They'll have to open me right back up over

my scan from surgery. Which I figured. I do hope to TRY to get the

tummy tuck at same time but that will be that much more cutting and

in a different location.

that's the only time I seem to have any actual discomfort with it.

The sloshing of liqued/air is quite annoying but not really causing

discomfort until I lay down and baby does his work at night.

but know that you NEVER know what could happen when it comes to

labor and delivery.

alot when I bear down so I was really worried about it not going

back in when I went into do have Hannah and had to do alot of

pushing. My OB said that if it became a problem we could put a

binder on to keep it in place so maybe this could be done for you?

I didn't have to do this because I ended up having a c-section so it

didn't end up being an issue. I hope things calm down for you soon!
