Hi Sharon,

Man, where have you been! :o) I haven't talked to you in a while

and I just read your posts. I am telling you, you still can make me

laugh. I loved the one where you ended about the Kashi cereal. Have

to doctor it up in order to be able to choke it down, huh?? :o) You

are too funny. But, hey, I am glad you are really motivated to do

the exercising. That makes one of us, and God knows I need it! :o)
