Firstly, , my prayers are with you. Just be in a place where

you and your baby are being taken care of, even if it is the

hospital. Your mom will be well taken care of during her procedure,

I'm sure!!

As for vitamins, my midwife, surgeon and dietician know about the

high vit a in my multis--but my level is still low. Esp. if you have

a higher malabsorption component, make sure they are checking those

levels every 1-3 months! And my midwife said they give women with a

history of neural tube defects 4g of folic acid a day, it seems like

everything i take has some in it--not to mention all the foods now

fortfied with it! It's so confusing to not know exactly how much our

bodies are absorbing, those blood levels are crucial!!!!
