Guest guest
Firstly, , my prayers are with you. Just be in a place where you and your baby are being taken care of, even if it is the hospital. Your mom will be well taken care of during her procedure, I'm sure!! As for vitamins, my midwife, surgeon and dietician know about the high vit a in my multis--but my level is still low. Esp. if you have a higher malabsorption component, make sure they are checking those levels every 1-3 months! And my midwife said they give women with a history of neural tube defects 4g of folic acid a day, it seems like everything i take has some in it--not to mention all the foods now fortfied with it! It's so confusing to not know exactly how much our bodies are absorbing, those blood levels are crucial!!!!
