Guest guest
Hi Vicky, I am 7 weeks also. We are due around xmas. I am already showing a little also, and was quite suprised. I didn't think that this would happen until 3 months. I have not gained any weight, but I cannot button my size 10 pants without being in alot of discomfort. I had to go get size 12 elastic waists. Hope things go good for you. Also, has your appetite increased or decreased? This week, I have been so hungry. Wanting something every 2 or 3 hours. I'm eating more than usual. I thought this was the time for morning sickness. I wake up starving. Hope this slows down.

Guest guest
Hi Vicky You might have read my previous posts? I am nearly five YEARS out (8/31/99) from my RNY Micro-Mini-Pouch 2cc surgery and I'm now 10wks pregnant. I am showing BIG TIME. I started wearing maternity jeans about 2wks ago. I normally wear a size 5 and cannot even comfortably wear my sweats! My doctor said to expect looking two months further the entire pregnancy. He said this is due to it being my second child (first was also a c-section) and from the Open RnY. Says that my muscles have been cut " both ways " and that there is no way they are going to be strong against the growing uterus. I am being considered high-risk. Not because of the actual surgery, but because of my nutrition problems and non-absorbtion issues. I've had two miscarriages in the first 6-8 wks and they think it's because the embryo wasn't getting enough nurishment. This time around, I found out at 3wks so I was able to get my Iron IV treatment right away and all is going fine so far! Best of luck to you too....
