Guest guest
Hey Delores, I am so glad that you are getting into the KU MDA. I actually see a neurologist at the MDA clinic in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He is Dr. Simpson. He is the same one that Laurie Fitzgerald goes to. He is an awesome Doctor. Anyway. I pray that you will get the help you need. In Christ, McCombs 2 Cor 1:3-

Guest guest
Be careful to send things to a personal email address that are meant to be off-list. This gets more difficult to do if you are on digest or webmail, but you just need to pay extra attention to the To: line. I just accidentally sent something meant for my husband to my former advisor and a student - oops! Luckily it wasn't incriminating, but the student is a vegetarian, and it was about BBQ! So the second piece of advice is not to click too soon. Take care, RH > Hey Delores, > > Yesterday I posted about a website I am creating called mitohope.com. Guest guest
No problem I think it will be a great site, but when I went to doctor today for another follow-up on my hand/arm surgery April first and the X-ray showed that I have a broken right wrist. I am quite sure that the nite I had that light stroke 07/08/05 I was groping with one had trying to find the hall lite and I remember bumping my arm of the edge of the wall but thought no more about it. After I was admitted to the hospital I remember a bruise on my right wrist but the IV was on the other side and they had tried a couple of times to hit my vein so I decided that was what caused the bruise, but it wasn't. I talked him out of a cast since I have been having so many problems with swelling hands, feet, etc, but he put strips of gauze looking stuff with gunky stuff on it around my wrist and then put a brace on it that has a hole for my thumb to go thru. He said I am to treat this as a cast and not to try to take it off until I go back the first of September this allows me to have partial use of my fingers but to type I have to " hunt and peck " with my left hand. He said if it isn't healing to his satisfaction by the time I go back it may require surgery and I don't want any part of anymore surgery that's for sure. I will be checking out the site though and I think it is a wonderful idea.
