I have had many heart symptoms over the years. They began with a very

slow heart beat. (18 beats per minute) Doctors, of course, couldn't

figure it out. I finally got a pacer when I was 23. I have had it

half my life now. I am 100% dependent on it. A few years ago I went

into Atrial fibrillation. Of course I believe that was because the

leads to my heart had both gone bad. I know what you mean about

symptoms never showing up on a test. That is the bane of my

existence. You just have to be persistent. It sounds like they might

be autonomic symptoms IMHO.
