Rebekha: School system put my son in danger

We live in Washington state, and my son was in the Bethel school district,

about an hour south of Seattle.

The teacher went to all the right people in the district, and nobody would

listen to her.

When I went to the district office to pick up the intent to homeschool form,

I talked with several people and they all just looked at the floor and then

looked at me and didn't say a word. They know, but they either don't care

or don't feel they can change anything.

I could have taken it much further than I did, but that would be wasting

precious time I could use to help my son. He is in third grade, age nine,

and still can't read or write. He has alot of catching up to do.
