I lent my copy out so I can't tell you what page. Vinegar is also mentioned in the " printable list " for this site on the web. You should print it out if you have a printer (warning - it takes about 58 pages) but you can use this as a baseline, even if a product is listed as acceptable I still calll the manufacture or email them to verify the gfcf status, but if a product is listed on the site as a NO, well it saved me the time. As far as vinegars, you must avoid all grain vinegars, malted vinegars and flavored vinegars. I use only cider vinegar. But there are also rice vinegars and others to use. Check your gfcf status of your mayo and ketchup too. Most companies have toll free #s you can call and ask. Don't worry, as time goes on with this diet it gets easier and easier and you will look back and say " wow, I can't believe it " and laugh at it all.
